What are Botox and fillers?

What happens when receiving Botox and fillers?

During the injections, you rest comfortably in a relaxing room at Kefi Advanced Laser & Skin. Your provider can numb the treatment area to maximize comfort. They use a very tiny needle to gently inject Botox or fillers beneath the skin in problem areas. Each injection takes just a minute or two to complete, and you often need more than one injection during each treatment.

After the procedure, you can get back to work or resume a normal routine. However, you may have some redness, swelling, or tenderness at the treatment site for a short time. Avoid touching the affected areas, but you can apply ice to them if you’d like to reduce swelling.

You’ll notice the results from the fillers right away, but Botox injections often take a few days to take effect.
